COACHING PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise expressly stated in your signed client agreement or required by applicable law, enrolment in a coaching program constitutes a commitment to pay the full agreed program fee.
Choosing an instalment or subscription-style payment arrangement does not convert the program into a cancellable monthly membership. It represents a payment plan for the total agreed program fee.
If you discontinue your participation before completing the program, any remaining payments will continue to be due in accordance with your client agreement. Where available and agreed in writing, you may continue making the scheduled payments or make a one-time payment covering the outstanding balance.
Any specific cancellation, withdrawal, cooling-off, rescheduling or refund rights stated in your client agreement will take precedence over this general policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, L M P ENTERPRISES LIFESTYLE COACHING - FZE and its directors, employees, contractors, representatives and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from:
• Your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its materials.
• Your participation in any coaching program, course, event or service.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, opportunities or business.
• Business interruption.
• Reliance on information provided through the Website or associated services.
These limitations apply even where an authorised representative of L M P ENTERPRISES LIFESTYLE COACHING - FZE has been advised orally or in writing of the possibility of such damages.
