The time of gestation for a fetus is 9 months, and you cannot speed up the process, just like you cannot speed up the natural process of a tree that has just been planted. Watering yourself and staying consistent towards your goals and dreams and aspirations is what will eventually manifest in physical form, your desires, goals, and dreams.
